Operations consulting

Find what's slowing you down, and fix it.

I've spent 20 years stepping into operations that needed to scale: grocery, big-box retail, Amazon and third-party logistics. I'll walk your floor, read your numbers and give you a clear, prioritized plan.

How an assessment works

Observe, diagnose, improve, measure

Watch a backlog build at one step, see the cause, apply the fix, and watch the numbers move.
